In the bankruptcy law and debt management industry, there are no real, middle-of-the-night emergencies. \u201cThere\u2019s nothing that happens overnight or on the weekends,\u201d says Peggy. \u201cAnd I can\u2019t fix it if it does, because we\u2019re not open. So we\u2019ve never thought we needed a virtual receptionist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Like many of our clients, Hammerschmidt, Stickradt, and Associates are heavily dependent on leads and maintain regular business hours.
