Latasha joined the LEX Reception team from the wide AnywhereWorks family this year, and she has hit the ground running, delivering positive and efficient experiences for every client.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Setting up for success<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Latasha is an expert problem-solver. As a Client Account Manager, it\u2019s up to her to make sure each LEX client is set up for success. This means anticipating clients\u2019 needs, answering requests, and resolving any issues that she identifies. \u201cI love the fact that there are always different tasks for me to tackle,\u201d she says. \u201cIt keeps me on my toes!\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She quickly gets to know each of our fantastic clients and regularly reviews their feedback to see where we can best support their growth. \u201cI strive to go above and beyond our clients\u2019 expectations every day.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latasha works closely with our clients to understand their goals and challenges. \u201cAs a CAM, every day is a chance to learn.\u201d After all, LEX Reception is not a one-size-fits-all service. Our CAMs help our clients to identify the best set-up for their practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Daily inspiration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Like the rest of the LEX team, Latasha works from home. \u201cI start my day with a decluttered and organized workspace and make sure that I have everything I will need nearby.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latasha\u2019s office is in the back of her home and she has made it into her ideal working environment. \u201cI love to work by my window,\u201d she says. \u201cI also attach inspirational notes to the wall in front of my computer &#8211; I call them my Brighteners. They always help me to start the day right, with a positive and confident mentality.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Team bonds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When she\u2019s not on call with a client, Latasha works closely with the rest of the LEX team. \u201cHaving a supportive work team makes the job even more enjoyable!\u201d She has daily <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexreception.com\/teleport\">Teleport<\/a><\/strong> video calls every morning with fellow LEX Receptionists. It\u2019s a chance for everyone to celebrate their successes and support each other from thousands of miles apart.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the team keeps in regular contact remotely, some of Latasha\u2019s favorite memories are meeting her co-workers in person. \u201cI was able to travel to see the whole LEX team, as well as meet up with colleagues near my hometown.\u201d It\u2019s been some time since the LEX team all gathered together, but we\u2019re lucky that we get to see each other\u2019s smiling faces every day. It makes a big difference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Balancing work and home life<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWorking for LEX has been amazing, as they help me maintain a manageable work-life balance,\u201d Latasha says. Working from home gives her the flexibility to get outdoors and spend time with family and friends. \u201cI am so grateful for the time I get back with my family.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you couldn\u2019t tell from her \u2018Brighteners\u2019, she\u2019s also a big fan of do-it-yourself and craft projects. When she\u2019s not finding solutions for our clients or spending time with her family, she creates decorations to fill her home or handmade gifts for special birthdays.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s one thing you might not know about Latasha? She\u2019s not a chocolate fan. \u201cIf the flavor is chocolate, it\u2019s a no from me!\u201d she jokes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We\u2019re so proud to have such a fantastic team here at LEX.
