For urgent matters, calls can be forwarded directly to your on-call team, ensuring no critical case is missed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How It Works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Collaborate with our Client Services Team:<\/strong> Our experts will help you craft a holiday script tailored to your firm\u2019s tone, schedule, and caller needs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automatic Activation: <\/strong>Once your script is created, it will automatically activate on the dates you mark as closures in your account settings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Update Anytime:<\/strong> If your holiday hours or needs change, our Client Success Team can quickly update your script.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Create or update your holiday script<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All holiday scripts are created in collaboration with our Client Services Team. They\u2019ll ensure your script reflects your firms tone, holiday hours, and any special instructions. For example, your script might include a holiday greeting, call-forwarding instructions, or notice of any holiday-specific fees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once set up, your script will automatically go live on any dates you mark as closures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example holiday script:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>&#8220;Thank you for calling Smith Law. We have limited staff on Thursday, November 27, and will reopen fully on Friday, November 28, at 8:00 a.m. For emergencies, we have on-call staff available. Open the app (desktop or web).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Go to Settings.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select \u2018Live Receptionist\u2019 and choose your account.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Navigate to the \u2018Working Hours\u2019 tab.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
