Growing for the long term."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We have reached a milestone worth marking: two million trees planted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At LEX Reception, every client and every team member helps us plant a tree each month. It is a commitment to being good ancestors. A quiet, steady promise that has run alongside everything we do, minute by minute, month by month, year by year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And those trees have added up. Two million of them now &#8211; a long sequence of decisions made by real people, compounding over years into something neither we nor they could have imagined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of these trees will stand for centuries. The decisions behind them will have left a mark long after the people who made them are gone. A reminder that doing a little good, consistently, over a long time, matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The story behind the number<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We made a short film to mark the milestone. A receptionist handling a difficult call with care. Someone who joined LEX because they wanted their days to count for something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One decision &#8211; to work with us, or to join us &#8211; grows into something lasting. Land is restored. Communities are supported. The impact accumulates across decades, not just quarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a LEX client, you are part of this. Thank you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What two million trees looks like<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Large numbers can feel distant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two million trees is roughly 4,000 acres of new forest. The equivalent of 9,500 cars&#8217; worth of CO\u2082. Enough oxygen for 320,000 people, annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our partners in this work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>None of this happens without the people doing the work on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are grateful for our partnership with Trees for the Future. Their Forest Garden approach helps farmers restore degraded land, improve food security, and build more stable livelihoods for their families &#8211; work whose benefits will compound for years to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a reminder that planting trees is not simply an environmental act. It is a human one. And a deeply patient one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A milestone. Not a finish line.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Two million trees. We are proud of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no finish line here. We will keep going.
