What does LEX Reception send to CloudLex?

Information from every call your LEX receptionist handles is sent to your CloudLex account, including the caller's name, contact details, and legal intake notes. Our receptionists ask questions to gather the information you need, and you can tailor your script any time. 

How quickly does a call appear in CloudLex after it ends?

Immediately. Calls are logged in CloudLex automatically as soon as your LEX receptionist submits the message, usually within seconds of the call ending. 

How long does setup take?

Setting up the LEX Reception and CloudLex integration takes around 30 minutes. Our client services team handles the process with you from start to finish. There is nothing technical for you to manage. 

Do I need a CloudLex account?

Yes. You will need an active CloudLex account to connect to your LEX Reception service. When you are ready to integrate, have your admin account details ready, and our team will take care of the rest.

Can my CloudLex intake forms be aligned with my LEX intake scripts?

Yes. We can work with you to align your CloudLex intake forms with your LEX Reception scripts. The information your receptionists collect will match the fields in your CloudLex account. 

Can chat leads also be sent to CloudLex?

Yes. When the LEX Reception and CloudLex integration is set up, chat leads captured by LEX receptionists flow into your CloudLex account. A lead who reaches you via chat is treated the same way as a phone lead in your system, with no manual data entry required.

Does the integration cost anything extra?
