Once you've had a short discovery call with our team, we'll set up your account - call scripts, intake process, any integrations - and activate your trial. You get 30 days of full-service coverage, up to 150 minutes of live answering. Whichever limit you reach first marks the end of your trial.

No. We collect payment details during onboarding so there's no interruption if you choose to continue - but you won't be billed until your trial ends. If you cancel before, there's no charge.

Yes, if you use your free 150 minutes before the 30th day, you will automatically roll over to your preselected plan. You will be notified of usage throughout your free trial via email and will be able to check it yourself in the LEX Reception app.

If LEX Reception is a good fit, you'll move on to the plan that suits your firm - we'll talk through options on your discovery call. If it's not the right fit, you can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.

Yes. If you decide you'd like to cancel your LEX Reception account, you can do so anytime. If you cancel before the end of your trial period, your account will be deactivated right away, so you will lose any remaining free minutes.
