Keep law human: How clients feel about AI

We asked 6,000 people how they feel about AI in legal services. The survey found that 89% of people want to speak to a real person when they contact a law firm.

THE HUMAN ADVANTAGE

People still
prefer people

We first commissioned an independent survey with OnePoll in October 2025 and have been tracking the results since then. Our latest results show that the preference for people is only getting stronger. Human connection in law is more important than ever.
