These transcripts appear in your LEX Reception dashboard alongside your Call Recordings, providing both audio and text versions of every conversation. The system processes calls in seconds, delivering time-stamped transcripts that integrate seamlessly with your existing workflow.

Enable transcription to get started. 

  • Open the LEX Reception web or desktop app.
  • Go to Settings > Billing > Add-ons. 
  • Toggle on Call Transcription.

You’ll be able to see transcriptions and summaries under each recorded call in your Inbox. If transcription is not enabled, you’ll see a preview along with the option to subscribe for $30/month.
