When someone calls your firm, the first thing they hear sets the tone for everything that follows. A clear, correctly pronounced greeting tells the caller they’ve reached the right place and that they’re in capable hands.
But not every firm name is straightforward. Names drawn from family heritage, founding partners, or Latin legal terms are often pronounced differently from how they’re spelled. When a receptionist hesitates or gets it slightly wrong, it can undermine that first impression before the conversation has even begun.

What Whisper Does
Whisper is a short, pre-recorded audio prompt that plays your firm’s name to your LEX receptionist just before they answer your call. They hear exactly how your name should sound, then greet your caller with it correctly.
It’s a small detail. But the people calling a law firm are often anxious or unsure, and small signs of competence and care add up.
When Whisper Helps Most
Whisper is particularly useful if your firm’s name is unique, uncommon, or pronounced differently than its spelling suggests. If you’ve grown used to correcting people, Whisper means your callers never hear the correction — only the right version, every time.
