Ever since we’ve unveiled our new Client Web Access Dashboard, our Development team has been hard at work listening to feedback and making improvements. Below is a walkthrough of all the latest and greatest Client Web Access updates:
View Multiple Accounts
For those of our clients with different toll-free or local numbers attached to their account, you can now choose which sub-account you’d like to view in the drop-down menu (circled in pink above). If you’d like to see all your numbers at once, simply select “All Accounts.”
We’ve replaced the “Script” option in the menu with “Call Flow.” Here, in addition to viewing your script, you’ll have the option to see the profile for your account (or sub-account selected). Your profile contains information such as your business hours, status, whether you want your calls recorded, and whether your account needs to be HIPAA compliant.
The last option under “Call Flow” is Agent View, where you’ll be able to see exactly what our virtual receptionists see when taking your calls.
Bulk Archive and Delete
We’ve made managing your messages more efficient! Now when you go to your inbox and click on the checkbox, you can delete up to 20 messages (trash can icon) or archive them (file box icon).
You’ll also be kept informed of progress when importing data into a spreadsheet as a CSV (comma separated values) file. Plus, your CSV file will be added to your downloads rather than being emailed as an attachment.
